Apprenticeships, school leaver<br />
and internship opportunities<br />
In addition to the City Business Traineeship Programme, we help leading<br />
companies to meet their diversity and recruitment needs by introducing them to a<br />
diverse pool of local talent.<br />
We prepare our candidates for the world of work so they are able to compete with<br />
their affluent peers in a crowded recruitment sphere.<br />
Some of the companies we’ve worked with in <strong>2016</strong> include Axis, Aspen and TMF<br />
Group.<br />
Commerzbank has worked with The Brokerage since 2003 to help<br />
source candidates. We use The Brokerage for our vocational training<br />
recruitment to ensure we have a diverse range of educational backgrounds<br />
within the Bank. Opportunities are available to join as a school leaver and<br />
study towards a degree whilst working at the Bank. Since 2003, 70 trainees<br />
have been hired and 34 (49%) of them are still at Commerzbank.”<br />
