Gale XV is a figure photographer and collector<br />
from Toronto, Canada. He started figure collecting<br />
in 20<strong>08</strong> before moving to Toronto in 2010. His<br />
interest in the hobby came back in 2012 starting<br />
from figma, doll customizing, gunpla, then with<br />
Nendoroids and PVCs today. The figure photography<br />
started when he was customizing my gunplas,<br />
and came across photos of other anime figures<br />
with dioramas from the figure photography<br />
community around the world, which inspired him<br />
to give it a try.<br />
Eventually, he started doing photos through<br />
phone camera and went on full steam last April<br />
2015. The works of the figure photographers<br />
worldwide continue to inspire him to keep the<br />
creativity going, and bring them to life. Learning<br />
from authors like C.S. Lewis, and G.K. Chesterton<br />
became an inspiration for the imagination. Also<br />
the things he learned from summer school last<br />
July about the arts helped a lot to create and develop<br />
themes until it became a personal project.<br />
Today, he still continues to learn from these writers<br />
and experiences to develop more ideas.<br />
