Fetches all results from prepared comm<strong>and</strong><br />

comm<strong>and</strong>_id on connection connect_id. If<br />

comm<strong>and</strong>_id is not specified, fetches all results<br />

from the most recent comm<strong>and</strong>. The comm<strong>and</strong> must<br />

already have been executed using exec.<br />

Fetches one result from prepared comm<strong>and</strong><br />

comm<strong>and</strong>_id on connection connect_id. If<br />

comm<strong>and</strong>_id is not specified, fetches one result from<br />

the most recent comm<strong>and</strong>. The comm<strong>and</strong> must<br />

already have been executed using exec.<br />

Frees prepared comm<strong>and</strong> comm<strong>and</strong>_id on<br />

connection connect_id. If no comm<strong>and</strong> is<br />

specified, frees the most recent comm<strong>and</strong>.<br />

Prints brief or detailed help information for<br />

comm<strong>and</strong>s. If specific comm<strong>and</strong>s are given as<br />

arguments then detailed help for each comm<strong>and</strong> is<br />

printed. If you don’t know the exact name of a<br />

comm<strong>and</strong>, try typing just a few characters that may be<br />

part of the comm<strong>and</strong> name. ttIsql searches <strong>and</strong><br />

displays help for any comm<strong>and</strong>s that include the<br />

characters. If “all” is given as an argument then<br />

detailed help for all comm<strong>and</strong>s is printed. If<br />

“comments” is given as an argument then information<br />

on using ttIsql comments within scripts is printed. If<br />

no argument is given then brief help information for<br />

all comm<strong>and</strong>s is printed.<br />

history [-r] [num_comm<strong>and</strong>s] Lists previously executed comm<strong>and</strong>s. The<br />

num_comm<strong>and</strong>s parameter specifies the number of<br />

comm<strong>and</strong>s to list. If this parameter is omitted, the<br />

previous ten comm<strong>and</strong>s are listed by default. If the -r<br />

parameter is specified, comm<strong>and</strong>s are listed in reverse<br />

order. The history list stores up to 100 of the most<br />

recently executed comm<strong>and</strong>s.<br />

host os_comm<strong>and</strong> Executes an operating system comm<strong>and</strong>. The<br />

comm<strong>and</strong> is executed in the same console as ttIsql.<br />

This comm<strong>and</strong> sets the environment variable<br />

TT_CONNSTR in the environment of the process it<br />

creates. The value of the variable is the connection<br />

string of the current connection.<br />
