Nakheel, one of the UAE’s largest<br />
retail and residential property<br />
developers asked John Fredy Creative<br />
to manage the October 2015 opening<br />
of its Golden Mile Galleria on the<br />
Palm, Jumeirah as part of its launch<br />
and media strategy.<br />
We liaised with the Mall itself<br />
to plan the VVIP opening<br />
ceremony, with live music from<br />
a leading pianist and grand<br />
piano to floral decorations and<br />
ribbon cutting ceremony.<br />
We also provided a selection of<br />
roaming entertainment over<br />
two weekends around the<br />
opening which included<br />
creating a kids’ activity centre.<br />
A seemingly straightforward event, it<br />
still involved meticulous planning<br />
and liaison with the Mall, their VVIP<br />
guest’s representative and ensuring<br />
everything was in place from the<br />
welcome host party to the ribbon<br />
and decor when the CEO arrived.
