We are privileged to welcome Mrs Sue Thornley,<br />

owner of the Glenarn Estate at Rhu. ‘Re-inventing<br />

the Rock Garden at Glenarn’. Over the years<br />

Sue and Mike have transformed the gardens,<br />

filled with original species of rhododendrons,<br />

magnolias, camellias etc. Telling the story of<br />

the Rock Garden will be Sue’s final lecture to<br />

the public, as she celebrates her 70th birthday<br />

this month. Refreshments at end of the lecture,<br />

everyone welcome.<br />
