Bride) is an upcoming Indian romantic
comedy film,directed by Shashank Khaitan,
and produced by Karan Johar under the
Dharma Productions banner. Starring Varun

marks the second installment of a franchise
that began with Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania

Baahubali: The Conclusion
Baahubali: The Conclusion (English: The One With
Strong Arms) is an upcoming Indian epic historical fiction
film directed by S. S. Rajamouli. It is the continuation of
Baahubali: The Beginning. Initially, both parts were jointly
produced on a budget of 2.5 billion (US$37 million),however
the budget of the second part was increased later.As of
August 2015, 40% of the filming was completed. Shooting
for the remaining sequences began on 17 December 2015
in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Recently, on 6th January,
2017, the director confirmed that shooting has completed
through the Twitter post saying "And thats a wrap for
Prabhas 3.5 years. One hell of a journey. Thanks darling. No
one had as much belief on this project as you. That means
a lot." The director revealed that the second part would be
"more emotional and with more grandeur", while speaking
at Busan Asian Film Market. Baahubali: The Conclusion
has made a whopping Business of Rs. 500 crore before
release and broke many records. The film is scheduled for a
worldwide release on 28 April 2017.

Guru (English: Mentor) is an upcoming Telugu film
written and directed by Sudha Kongara Prasad which
features Daggubati Venkatesh in the lead role. It is
a remake of director's own Tamil film Irudhi Suttru
(2016). Production began in January 2016.Principal
photography commenced in September 2016 in
Hyderabad. Principle filmography took place in Vizag,
Hyderabad and Goa. The film has completed shooting
in the first week of December 2016. The story is
about a boxing coach, who is not able to win the
championship of his time due to malpractices by his
opponent. He finds a fisher-woman who is aggressive
and suitable for the boxing role. He trains her hard
and makes her the boxing champion.The film is ready
for a worldwide release on Summer 2017.

for Jolly LLB. Akshay

Story :
Jolly LLB 2 is the story of Jagdishwar
Mishra (Akshay Kumar)
who is popularly called Jolly. He
is a struggling lawyer who stays
with his wife Pushpa (Huma
Qureshi). An unexpected incident
changes things completely
after which Jolly decides to fight
against a top lawyer Mathur
(Annu Kapoor). Jolly’s life
turns tough after a complicated
case related to terrorism takes
charge. The rest of Jolly LLB 2
is all about how Jolly unfolds the
real truth behind the crime.
The first half of Jolly LLB 2 starts
on a funny note and the movie
turns up interesting at the right
time. The performance of Akshay
Kumar along with the light narration
is the major highlight of
the film. The narration has been
clean and it has enough pace to
impress the audience. The romantic
episodes sure strike hard
and on the whole, the first half has
enough aspects and episodes to
get entertained.
The second half of Jolly LLB 2
too has enough moments. The
screenplay has been penned
in the best available way and it
strikes hard. The portrayal of the
courts in India has been well presented
on screen. The pre-climax
and the climax episodes are the
major highlights of the movie. On
the whole the second half of Jolly
LLB 2 is sure a treat to watch.
Final Word:
Jolly LLB 2 is sure a decent attempt

Rangoon is one
of the finest Vishal
Bharadwaj’s
movies and the
performances by
the lead actors
elevate the film
well. An intense
love saga laced
with the background

world war.
Analysis :
The first half of Rangoon starts with
a bang and all the three leading actors
thrive to perform to their best.
Especially Shahid and Kangana
have been outstanding. The movie
has a predictable plot but it is the
narration of the characters and
their performances which lead the
show. The entire first half has been
decent and the songs have been
extremely colorful. The performances
by the lead actors make a strong
impact across the audience.
Story :
Rangoon is an intense love story
that has been set during 1940s
during the Second World War.
Rangoon revolves around three
characters Russi Billimoria (Saif
Ali Khan), Jamadar Nawab Malik
(Shahid Kapoor) and Julia (Kangana
Ranaut). While Russi is
an action hero and a filmmaker,
Julia is a famous actress and
Nawab is the game changer.
Rangoon is all about the love
stories between them and is
showcased about the love, passion
and emotions. Watch Rangoon
to know about the complete
story and what happened
next.
The second half of the film manages
to stand convincing but it is the
slow pace and dragged episodes
that disturb the audience. The
songs have been shot well and the
backdrop of Second World War has
been extremely convincing. The
pre-climax episodes make the film
interesting and intense. The climax
has been decent and on the whole,
Rangoon is quite convincing if one
ignores some flaws.
Final Word:
Rangoon is one of the finest Vishal
Bharadwaj’s movies and the performances
by the lead actors elevate
the film well. An intense love saga
laced with the background of second
world war.

Nenu Local is the story of Babu
(Nani) who is careless about
his career and loves to lead a
simple life. He falls in love with
Keerthy (Keerthy Suresh) who
aims bigger in life. By the time
he convinces her, Babu gets the
real twist in his life. He manages
to stand strong despite of the
problems and the rest of Nenu
Local is all about how he wins
his girl and settles in life. Watch
Nenu Local to know about the
rest.
The first half of Nenu Local looks
completely entertaining and racy.
The movie has a packed love
story which impresses the audience
to the core. The songs look
extremely fresh and they have
been placed well. The interval
episode make the film interesting
and Nani dominates the show with
his flawless comic timing. On the
whole the complete first half has
been entertaining throughout.
The second half of Nenu Local too
manages to stand tall and Nani
keeps the film going with his momentum.
Some of the emotional
episodes will impress the family
audience big time and the movie
turns slower at parts. It is the preclimax
episodes that gain back
the momentum. The climax is a
huge asset for the film and on the
whole the second half of Nenu Local
makes no mistake and keeps
the audience engaging.
Final Word:
Nenu Local is Nani’s one man
show all over and for the first time
he excelled completely in a mass
role. Keerthy Suresh looks adorable

Om Namo Venkatesaya is the
story of Ram (Nagarjuna) who
believes in eternal powers of
God. He joins the ashram of
Padmananda Swamy (Saikumar)
and gets attracted to Lord Venkateswara.
To seek the divinity
of Lord, he reaches Tirumala. It
is then he faces heat from many
unusual powers in Tirumala. The
rest of Om Namo Venkatesaya
is all about the problems that
Ram faces and how he becomes
Hatiram Baba. Watch Om Namo
Venkatesaya to know about the
story.
Analysis :
The first half of Om Namo Venkatesaya
runs on a slow pace though
it has enough stuff to narrate. The
movie picks up at times however
the slow narration and the way the
characters have been presented will
please everyone. The songs have
been completely fresh and they have
been placed at the right points. With
an interesting interval episode, the
first half of Om Namo Venkatesaya
looks decent.
The second half dips down badly
because of the unwanted stuff occupying
the major time. However the
film picks back again and keeps the
audience engaging. Though the film
lacks entertainment, the devotional
episodes have been well projected
on screen. The last half an hour of
Om Namo Venkatesaya is an asset
and is the highlight of the film. On
the whole, the second half of Om
Namo Venkatesaya looks apt and is
focussed completely on devotional
aspects.
Final Word:
Om Namo Venkatesaya is one of the
finest devotional entertainers in the
recent times. Nagarjuna excels in
his role and the devotional narration
along with the songs, performances
make Om Namo Venkatesaya a
decent one time watch.

A Master-piece

Indian cinema witnessed massive changes over the
past few years and many passionate filmmakers have
been finding ways to present different films on Indian
screen. Even the audience have been encouraging
fresh talent and innovative concepts. There have been

example is Ghazi.
This marks the first submarine
film in the history of Indian
cinema and it describes about
the unknown war between India
and Pakistan that took place
in 1971 across the coast of
Visakhapatnam.
Sankalp, a debutant impressed
the filmmakers with the script
and Rana Daggubati has been
brought on board after which
the budget of the film crossed
the limit. Top producer Prasad V
Potluri has been impressed with
the narration and he decided to
make the film in a grand manner.
Matinee Entertainments coproduced
Ghazi which has been
made on a massive budget of Rs
12 crores. Kay Kay Menon, Om
Puri, Atul Kulkarni and Tapsee
Pannu played the other crucial
roles.

Bollywood rights of the film and

minted over Rs 40 crores in 10
days and it still running strong

Baahubali actor Rana Daggubati, is back with
the release of his film "The Ghazi Attack", which
is based on the Submarine PNS Ghazi attack
which happened in 1971 at Visakhapatnam.
In an exclusive interview, Rana
Daggubati talked about his role
transformations, his struggle while
shooting for Baahubali 2 and The Ghazi
Attack at the same time and much more.
Daggubati is also quite excited for the
film Baahubali’s comeback and feels that
part two will be bigger and better.
On 'The Ghazi Attack' trailer response

It feels very nice as we have tried
something new and unique that has not
been tried before. We have also tried to
tell about the kind of visuals that is
very unique. I am happy that people
have taken this content and have
watched it. It’s quite a satisfying
feeling.
What are the criteria when you pick
such strong roles?
For me it’s just a story that I want to
tell…I see if the story has something to
tell or if it’s the character that I haven’t
played before. It’s a combination of all
these to make me try to do a different
film every time.

The reason I
took this film
is because it’s a
very important
story to tell.
It’s about
the incident
that happened
nobody knew
about. I have
heard the
stories of
submarines
Is it’s difficult to transform
from one role to another.
It's really difficult but that’s
my job to play different
roles at different times for
different films. That’s the
only thing that keeps us
going. It’s just like to wake
up with different people
each day and there are
certain research and things
to learn from everyone
and from every film. For
example, the film I did, “The
Ghazi Attack”, which is an
inspiring story on a true
incident that happened in
1971. You get to understand
the period of 1971, you get
to understand what India
had done, what the war of
terrain used to be. These
are the things that you
don’t learn otherwise. So
I think the cinema we are
into has given me grounded
experience that I ever had.
What made you say yes for
the film Ghazi?
The reason I took this film is
because it’s a very important
story to tell. It’s about the
incident that happened
nobody knew about. I
have heard the stories of
submarines. So when you
hear all these stories and
finally find a full-fledged story
for it, you want to be more
than happy to be the part
the film, making it a larger
experience.
On working with Kay Kay
Menon, late Om Puri and Atul
Kulkarni
This film is an action drama
and we obviously needed
some very fine actors to be a
part of this film. So I guess all
these people kind of elevated
this film far from what it was
on paper and they were very
instrumental in getting it better
and better
How was the journey from
shooting for Baahubali 2 to
The Ghazi Attack at the same
time?
It emotionally and physically
takes away… they are two
very different films, nothing is
same. It’s like when you want
to do too many different films,
you have to push yourself.
Jumping from one character
to other was a tougher part.
When you are doing a film
like Ghazi, you are a very
content person. You feel like
you are recreating the history
for the future generations to
see.
The success of films like
Dangal, PINK, and Neerja
have proved that audience
prefers content oriented
films? Is Indian Cinema
changing and so are the
choices of the audience over
Box Office films?
It’s ultimately Box Office
numbers that will decide
many things. It is important
for the cinema to last. It
won't last if the films will
make no money but ya,
time and again there has
always been necessary
to give the audience
something far newer from
what they have seen before.
I think it’s a great time in
the country; there are all
kinds of filmmakers. So the
combination of all these is
probably a great foot for the
progress.
What people should expect
from Baahubali 2 this time?
Big, stronger, far far better
than what people have seen
in the earlier part.

Super talented director Vishal Bharadwaj is known for his
finest works for Indian cinema. Vishal Bhardwaj's period
drama was one of the most-anticipated films of the year. But
Rangoon did not receive the kind of love that the makers

Ranaut, Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor, it has received a

for ideas. Much of the film was
based on his observations between

film in Hindi and English

from his prior film, the expensive
Devdas.

the imagination. Inspired by the essence of the
white corals and beautiful and magnificent
seas, the designer has put forth a collection
