RV/Tent Information
There are 103 RV spaces with 30 amp hookups and water on blacktop. These spaces are located on the west side of the facility.
A limited number of these spaces also have 50 amp hookups. If you have a towed or tow vehicle, you need to park it in the
parking area, which is nearby. Two pump-outs are included in the price of the space. There is a dump station on site, which will
be available. RV spaces will be assigned. On the reservation form, please indicate which venue you would like to be near, and
we will do our best to accommodate you. Spaces will be available starting at 12:00 P.M. on Friday, October 27, 2017. No
refunds will be given after August 31, 2017. You may sell your space, but you must notify the RV Chair, Cathy Kenny, at
rv@asca2017.com. Reservations will be confirmed with entry confirmations. If you want an immediate confirmation, you must
include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Sites will be reserved in the order of receipt and/or postmark date. RV rates with
electric and water are $45 per night (no pumps) or $360 for the circuit (8 nights). We believe we will be able to accommodate
slideouts by staggering the parking of the RVs since the spots are 60 feet long. However, please realize these spaces were
designed for horse trailers, not RVs with slideouts! There is a mandatory cleaning deposit of $100 per RV reservation. Send
a separate check with your reservation. Your check will be destroyed after inspection of your site, provided you have left the site
clean and trash free. You must send in your reservations together in order to be parked together! If you are driving in
Thursday night, October 26, 2017, you may park on the carnival pad, adjacent to the site, for free. We will send more details
with your confirmation.
Tent camping will be on grass on the south side of the facility. Camping will be allowed in the stalls, too. No propane heaters or
camp stoves are allowed in the stall areas. In Texas, we do have fire ants, so please be aware of this if you camp on the grass.
Tent rates are $25 per night or $150 for the circuit (8) nights. There are only two men’s and two women’s shower stalls on
property!
