Phase FOUR: Modify & Graduate<br />
WEEKS 10 – 12<br />
After three weeks in the “Sustain phase”, you’ll be getting the best out of your body. You’ll have<br />
your second–last assessment of the Challenge, during which you’ll be able to see in DETAIL all the<br />
gains you’ve made and ask all the in–depth questions which might not have been apparent to you<br />
until now. In the “Modify & Graduate phase”, we’ll make some final TWEAKS to your program,<br />
putting the finishing touches to your Fe Metamorphosis Challenge.<br />
You will learn how to train once the Challenge is complete, so that you can live the change<br />
you have forged, with alternative strategies allowing you to ADAPT your training should your<br />
circumstances change.<br />
This Phase Will Include:<br />
• Adjustments made toward your Advanced Dietary Strategy<br />
• Complete body awareness<br />
• Your capacity for maximal performance<br />
Attendance Requirement:<br />
• 4 hours of exercise per week
