Welcome to the Fe Metamorphosis Challenge<br />
The Fe Metamorphosis Challenge is a UNIQUE 12 week training and education program which will<br />
give you the tools and support to transform your body and life.<br />

Why Metamorphosis?<br />
Our clients tell us they want CHANGE above all else. They may have spent time and money on<br />
personal trainers, but felt they weren’t making the gains they wanted to see. They want to improve<br />
their training techniques, IMPROVE their diet, to change their body shape and improve their<br />
physical health.<br />
Why Challenge?<br />
We believe you need to CHALLENGE your own beliefs about what you can achieve when you put<br />
your mind to it. We believe you are capable of ACHIEVING and surpassing your goals, but we<br />
don’t believe you should do it alone. Why would you? Top athletes always have a team around<br />
them. We’re yours.<br />
The Metamorphosis Challenge is a ONE-OF-A-KIND 12 week physical transformational programme<br />
that combines the tools, knowledge and people you need to transform your life. During the next<br />
12 weeks you will be challenged physically and psychologically to change your perspective of what<br />
you are capable of achieving.
The CHALLENGE: 12 Week Programme<br />
The Fe Metamorphosis Challenge breaks down into FIVE elements across the 12 week course:<br />
Discover, Practice, Sustain, Modify & Graduate. Accept the 12 week Fe Metamorphosis Challenge<br />
to lose fat and build muscle fast and effectively.<br />

In addition, you’ll get a dedicated trainer to support your Challenge, with ONE–TO–ONE advice on<br />
training, exercise, diet and what else to do when you’re not with us. Every other week you will also<br />
get a highly scientific COMPOSITIONAL SCAN which determines many physiological markers to<br />
assess how your Challenge is progressing.<br />
Regular assessment and re-testing is the only way we can create a individualized bespoke program<br />
such as the Fe Metamorphosis Challenge – at Fe we’ll leave no stone unturned in your quest for<br />
genuine, long-lasting change.<br />
Phase ONE: Discovery<br />
WEEKS 1 – 3<br />
Ask any athlete how they are able to PUSH themselves to the limit and they will tell you it’s<br />
because they know how to LISTEN and understand their body. In the “Discovery phase” of the Fe<br />
Metamorphosis Challenge you’ll learn how to listen to your body and understand what it’s telling you.<br />
You Will Learn:<br />
• How to sort truth from marketing hype<br />
• How you should train to achieve the result you are looking to achieve<br />
• What foods to eat to kick start your Metamorphosis Challenge<br />
In the “Discover phase”, we’ll also learn about you, what you are looking for from the Challenge,<br />
what MOTIVATES you, what your work and life schedule allows, and we’ll design a Fe Challenge<br />
Programme TAILORED specifically for you.<br />
Attendance Requirement:<br />
• 3 hours of exercise per week

Phase TWO: Practice<br />
WEEKS 4 – 6<br />
They say that no plan survives reality, so the next part of the Challenge sees how your tailored<br />
Fe Program works in practice. We’ll observe, monitor and measure you, using your detailed<br />
feedback to adapt your PROGRAMME to the reality of your life. In the “Practice phase” of the<br />
Fe Metamorphosis Challenge we’ll make sure that practice really does make PERFECT for you.<br />
During this phase you will monitor and observe your current progress, objectively adjust your<br />
training routine to maximize your result and introduce foods that will amplify your metabolism.<br />
Attendance Requirement:<br />
• 3 hours of exercise per week<br />
Phase THREE: Sustain<br />
WEEKS 7 – 9<br />
After six weeks in the first two phases, you’ll have reached peak performance at the halfway<br />
stage of your Fe Metamorphosis Challenge. “Sustain phase” is about maintaining that level of<br />
performance and making sure you max your personal gains and create the change you want.<br />
At this stage you’ll know more about your body than ever before. You’ll understand how far you<br />
can safely PUSH yourself, which areas need more work and which slightly less, and what foods suit<br />
your metabolism. This third phase of your Challenge gives you a fully tailored, progressive routine<br />
designed to CHALLENGE you. By this stage, you’ll be deeply immersed in the transformative<br />
principles of the Fe Metamorphosis Challenge.!<br />
Attendance Requirement:<br />
• 4 hours of exercise per week

Phase FOUR: Modify & Graduate<br />
WEEKS 10 – 12<br />
After three weeks in the “Sustain phase”, you’ll be getting the best out of your body. You’ll have<br />
your second–last assessment of the Challenge, during which you’ll be able to see in DETAIL all the<br />
gains you’ve made and ask all the in–depth questions which might not have been apparent to you<br />
until now. In the “Modify & Graduate phase”, we’ll make some final TWEAKS to your program,<br />
putting the finishing touches to your Fe Metamorphosis Challenge.<br />
You will learn how to train once the Challenge is complete, so that you can live the change<br />
you have forged, with alternative strategies allowing you to ADAPT your training should your<br />
circumstances change.<br />
This Phase Will Include:<br />
• Adjustments made toward your Advanced Dietary Strategy<br />
• Complete body awareness<br />
• Your capacity for maximal performance<br />
Attendance Requirement:<br />
• 4 hours of exercise per week

Fe CRUCIBLE<br />
The Crucible is the HOTTEST training day on the planet, blending FOUR training methods in a trial<br />
which will melt your body and mind!!! It’s FUN but it’s TOUGH (you’ll be screaming for your<br />
“mudder”, believe us!). Then it’s done. You have completed the Fe Metamorphosis Challenge,<br />
a profound change of life you can always look back on as a truly transformative moment.<br />
You will have achieved more than you could ever have imagined, pushed yourself to heights of<br />
training and performance you hadn’t thought you were capable of. Of course it doesn’t stop there!<br />
Fe AFTERCARE<br />
If you continue your membership with Fe, you’ll have:<br />
