PARTNER IN RUssIA
In the northern metropolis, in St. Petersburg,
our Russian sales and service partner
ALITET is at home.
Founded in 1999, ALITET was first involved
with the import and sales of German
baking agents for bakeries and confectioners
and quickly made a name in the
Petersburg region – particularly through
regularly scheduled seminars where both
the own technologies as well as the master
baker trainings and advises the suppliers
of the Russia users. The seminar
programmes and the close customer loyalty
is still today a high priority at ALITET.
In 2002, ALITET began trading with baking
machinery due to the increasing demand
for western baking equipment and
here too, ALITET still remains true to its
line and has worked only with German or
central European suppliers. In the area of
the store baking, ALITET has exclusively

offered its customers WIESHEU ovens
since 2002.
All beginnings are difficult – and so
it was as the ALITET sales manager,
Jevgenij Galuschko, says about Russia,
“Land of the unlimited impossibilities”,
but when in 2005, the first
large-scale customer from the food
retail trade was gained, the numbers
of WIESHEU retail baking ovens in
Russia went steeply upwards.
ALITET serves the constantly growing
demands of the Russian market by
continually expanding the range offered
– over the years, in addition to all
types of bakery machinery; shop fitting
and frozen dough were added to the
wide range. In this way, ALITET created
a new standard on the Russian
market which ALITET applies with the
slogan “From project to product”.
Of course, it could not remain in one
location – in the meantime, ALITET offers
products and services in addition
to its headquarters in St. Petersburg,
in five further cities where, at each site,
in addition to its own sales and service
employees, there is also a seminar
room with its own technologies and
namely in Moscow, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk,
Saratov and Krasnodar.
So now ALITET is today our biggest
sales and service partner in Russia
through which we supply several
customers, including most supermar-

kets, bakeries and confectioneries, from
European regions to the island Sachalin
in the Pacific where ALITET has equipped
an entire bakery shop – less than 100
kilometres away from Japan!
Russia, with its 143 million inhabitants, is
already a major market for WIESHEU and
will, with the rapidly developing modern
trade and rising living standards of the
general population, become one of the
most important markets for WIESHEU
retail baking ovens.
At Russia’s leading trade fair for the bakery
industry, the “Modern Bakery” in Moscow,
WIESHEU has been represented
for years with ALITET, and also again this
year on 10th to 13th October.
