March marks our 100th issue! Redesigned and reimagined, the vision we put forth has finally come to
fruition. We are humbled by our welcome reception and have undoubtedly learned so many things
along the way.
My lifelong obsession with the glossy pages of magazines and their eye-catching images, vibrant colors,
and insightful and intelligent articles lead me to my dream job. Never did I imagine that I would not only
be at the helm of such a fabulous organization, but that I would be surrounded by the most wonderful
team of talented artists, writers, editors, designers, and clerical staff on the planet.
In addition to my hard-working coworkers, I am humbled by each of you—our readers. Whether you’re
reading a print edition, a digital edition, or via another medium, your readership and loyalty make us
want to do better and be better. We are thankful that we’ve found a discerning audience, who cares
about the world around them and who are unafraid to challenge us and commiserate with us to ensure
we provide valuable information. The wealth of expertise, information, and innovative ideas we’ve
presented are due in large part to each of you.
Technology may be at the forefront of society, but ideas, relevant images, and life-changing
information that highlights impartial viewpoints will remain a mainstay of our brand. It is important to
