yields and cut costs. Major invest-
ments on new refining technologies
in recent years have improved effi-
ciency and further strengthened our
competitive advantage.
The evaluation service of the Refining
Division is highly efficient, fast and
accurate. Evaluation centers usually
perform sampling and a quick analy-
sis for rapid settlement with custom-
ers. The final analysis is performed in
one of the refineries. Highly skilled
assayers and chemists guarantee
the high accuracy of the result. The
quality of the analyses has led to
Metalor being appointed an Official
Referee by the London Bullion Market
Association.
The Refining Division applies the
highest ethical standards in its business
relations. Continuous investment
on new processing technologies
enables us to make full use of our
industrial capacity while integrating
environmental protection considerations
as well as ensuring safety
standards that are properly adapted
to the field of refining. We have
achieved Quality Standard ISO 14001
