Held in the house and gardens of a traditional Dartmoor agricultural estate
in Cornwood, on the edge of beautiful Dartmoor, this exhibition presents
the largest collection of artist’s work in one place in the South West and
makes for a great day out.
Staff at Delamore have been busy preparing for 1st May 2017. This
year is set to be even bigger and better than before with the South
West Academy exhibiting, as well as lots of new artists and activities
throughout the month including a number of art talks, interactive
displays and demonstrations.
Delamore’s 2017’s supported Charity is Horizons
Plymouth which provides sailing and waterborne
activities for disadvantaged and disabled
youngsters from inner city communities in
Plymouth.
Delamore is a supporter of the Moor Otters Public Arts initiative in
aid of Dartmoor National Park, which offers opportunities to both
Artists and Corporate supporters to raise their profiles and help raise
funds to enable vital National Park projects.
Open every day throughout May between 10.30 and 16.30 admission
is £7.50 (under 16’s free).
So why not come and browse, have a cup of tea and a slice of cake
in the newly furbished tea rooms and maybe even buy one of the
many pieces created by local, national, and international artists.
