DREAM VILLAGES IN ITRIA VALLEY
Even Puglia has its rocky stone, and it is
here in Itria Valley. Simple things make the
places more beautiful and pleasant: drystone
walls, pinnacles, burlesque masks
that enrich the noble gates. Everything is
stone that speaks and reveals the soul of
its inhabitants.
Here, time passes without leaving tracks.
After breakfast, you will reach Locorotondo
by transfer. Famous for being one of the
most beautiful villages in Italy, it is also
one of the most important tourist centre of
the trulli-sea-caves district.
Here you will guided through its extraordinary
old town, where you will admire
the typical white houses with pignon roofs
called “Cummerse”. Then, you will reach
Alberobello, UNESCO World Heritage Site
and Land of Trulli. Its main districts, Rioni
Monti and Aia Piccola include more than
1000 Trulli, overlooking charming alleys
where many small shops offer very special
souvenirs.
At lunchtime, you’ll be guided to a restaurant
of a well-known Michelin star chef,
for an excellent seafood menu of three
courses with wine pairing.
Some dishes that you can savour are caviar,
cavatelli with seafood, mussels and
bass, final typical dessert. After lunch you
will return to your facility in Monopoli.
Once there, if you want you may decide to
have a short relaxing e-bike ride (pedal assisted
electric bike); about an hour to lose
yourself in a wide expanse of olive trees,
real natural monuments of Puglia.

Late afternoon and evening free, with
transfer at your disposal.
