elected. All hourly team members are offered STD coverage through a third party provider. After
fourteen (14) days the weekly benefit is 40% or 60% of the team member’s salary for up to six (6)
months. The benefit is determined by the team member’s election at enrollment.
Long‐Term Disability Benefits
After 60 days of service, MMI offers all regular full‐time team members (i.e., regular full‐time team
members who are regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours per week) a voluntary long‐term
disability (LTD) base plan. This noncontributory base plan provides for monthly LTD benefits of 50% of
basic monthly earnings to a maximum benefit of $1,000 per month, less any other offsets.
401(k) Plan
Saving isn’t always easy. However, it is still important if we expect to achieve some of the dreams each
of us have for the years ahead. MMI offers eligible team members to participate in our company
sponsored 401K retirement plan after six months of employment. Eligible team members include any
regular full‐time or part‐time team members scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week and who are
21 years of age or older. Benefits of the 401K retirement plan include:
Pre‐tax contributions from your paycheck.
Earnings grow tax free.
Company discretionary match (as determined by the Board of Directors),

Recognition of Service
MMI values loyal and faithful service. Therefore, MMI will recognize and reward tenure in 5 year
increments to team members with continuous service.

Complimentary Rooms
MMI team members are eligible to receive complimentary accommodations at an MMI operated hotel.
Stays that include more than one room reservation will be subject to a $79 per room fee for owned
hotels or $99 per room fee at owned resort hotels. Stipulations include:
