with 52 Commonwealth countries for<br />

Pakistani business community.<br />

Commonwealth countries account for 17<br />

percent of world GDP, 30 percent of<br />

world population (2.1 Billion), 25<br />

percent of international trade and 40<br />

percent of WTO membership.<br />

Commonwealth organization – a family<br />

of the peoples of 52 nations including 3<br />

inter-governmental organizations (the<br />

CW Secretariat, the CW Federation and<br />

the CW of Leasing) and network of more<br />

than 80 association and societies is<br />

responsible to serve for improving<br />

peoples lives. Commonwealth member<br />

countries share 14 persent in Pakistan<br />

imports and 21 percent of pakistan's<br />

exports go to the commonwealth while<br />

shares 11 percent in Pakistan FDI inflow.<br />

In the meeting, Usama Qureshi has<br />

a Hamdard Forum to coordinate<br />

between government and<br />

the manufacturers of Unani<br />

Medicine to solve the<br />

problems. The forum will<br />

facilitate in practical<br />

training to the graduates of<br />

BEMS and BHMS & FTJ<br />

accordance with the laws of<br />

DRAP. It is also suggested<br />

that the laws should be<br />

m a d e s e p a r a t e f o r<br />

Allopathic and Alternative<br />

M e d i c i n e a s t h e i r<br />

philosophies are quite<br />

different. Besides the joint secretary of<br />

the Ministry, Mr. Khalid Mahmood<br />

and Dr. Zubair Ahmed also attended<br />
