PURPOSE & SCOPE
This handbook is an effort to create a better understanding of
company-wide human resources policies and procedures in the
UAE.

INTRODUCTION
The company reserves the right to make changes at any time
to reflect current local policies, Administrative regulations and
amendments when necessary. Information provided in this
handbook is subject to change without notification and does
not constitute a contract between the company and employee.
This Handbook supersedes and voids all previous Employee
Handbooks, policies and practices, which may be inconsistent in
any way with that stated herein.
This handbook shall be issued and maintained via the company’s
publishing source or channels. Employee can have regular
access to the handbook and it is maintained in the company
shared folder (Q:\QUALITY\Quality Management System
(QMS)). It is the responsibility of the employee to be familiar
with the information contained in the handbook and any
amendments thereof. Employee will sign an acknowledgement
of understanding the content of this document.
