CAKE<br />
INGREDIENTS:<br />
• 6 cups natural<br />
strawberries<br />
• 3/4 cup granulated<br />
sugar<br />
• 1 2/3 cups flour<br />
• 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa<br />
• 1 tablespoon baking<br />
powder<br />
• 1/4 teaspoon salt<br />
• 1/2 cup butter<br />
• 2/3 cup milk<br />
• 1 eggs<br />
• 1 cup whipping cream<br />
• 2 tablespoons icing<br />
sugar<br />
STEPS:<br />
‣ First remove 6 strawberries. The<br />
remaining strawberries are sliced;<br />
In a bowl, gently stir the sliced<br />
strawberries and 1/4 cup<br />
granulated sugar. The oven is<br />
heated.<br />
‣ Then stir flour, cocoa, 1/2 cup<br />
remaining granulated sugar, baking<br />
powder and salt; Put pieces of<br />
butter until thick crumbs form.<br />
‣ Next it incorporates the milk and<br />
the egg; Add the ingredients, and<br />
stir until moist.<br />
‣ After that spread the dough in the<br />
prepared mold, forming a slightly<br />
higher edge. Bake and let cool.<br />
‣ Finally whip the beaten cream and<br />
the icing sugar until thick.<br />
Slices of strawberry are put on the<br />
cake.
