BURGER<br />
INGREDIENTS:<br />
• 750 gr of ground beef<br />
• 1/4 piece finely<br />
chopped onion<br />
• 4 tablespoons grated<br />
Parmesan cheese<br />
• 2 tablespoons of<br />
mustard<br />
• 4 slices pineapple<br />
• 200 gr of bacon<br />
• 1/2 cup tomato sauce<br />
• 11/2 tablespoon sugar<br />
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce<br />
• 1 tablespoon English<br />
sauce<br />
• 2 tablespoons apple<br />
cider vinegar<br />
• 4 lettuce leaves<br />
• 1 piece avocado<br />
STEPS:<br />
‣ First for meat, mix all<br />
ingredients and form hamburgers<br />
with your hands.<br />
‣ Then heat the oil over medium heat<br />
in a frying pan and fry each burger<br />
until cooked. Reservation.<br />
‣ Next cut the cheese into slices<br />
according to the size of the<br />
pineapple. Put it on the pineapple<br />
taking care not to cover the<br />
center and wrap it with bacon.<br />
‣ After that combine all the<br />
ingredients of the sauce until a<br />
homogeneous mixture is obtained.<br />
In a frying pan, cook the<br />
pineapples, bathe them with the<br />
sauce until the bacon is golden<br />
brown.<br />
‣ Finally gun the burgers and serve.
