Mission<br />
The Women’s Chamber Legacy Foundation’s main focus is providing financial help and a public benefit to the<br />
community in the educational diversity forum, working with the Clark County School System, Nevada System<br />
of Higher Education, Nevada Postsecondary Education Commission, All Trade Schools, Universities,<br />
Governor’s office to encourage higher education for educational opportunities for our scholarships.<br />
Scholarships will also be provided for postsecondary education and will be collaborating with SCORE,<br />
Women’s Business Center, high school principals to qualified candidates for scholarships and grants. Grants<br />
will also be provided for business certification.<br />
Our Vision<br />
To ensure that Nevada has a Higher Education Scholarship Program for “At Risk” High School Students<br />
(Male/Female) and Postsecondary Education (Trade Schools-Medical-Nursing-Hospitality-IT-HR-Culinary etc)<br />
We will work closely with the Nevada Governor’s office, CCSD, Nevada System of Higher Education Leaders,<br />
and the Postsecondary Education for all trade schools. Each year the board of the Legacy Foundation will<br />
select recipients through the Public Education Foundation and you will meet the students at the ATHENA<br />
Gala.<br />

honor’s their great achievements, community support and how they help women and young<br />
