Through the YMCA Corporate Wellness<br />
<strong>Program</strong>, the Merrimack Valley YMCA provides<br />
an innovative and comprehensive worksite<br />
wellness solution to corporations and<br />
businesses interested in finding ways to reduce<br />
rising healthcare costs, increase employee<br />
productivity, and increase recruitment potential.<br />
The Merrimack Valley YMCA provides state-ofthe-art<br />
programs to help employees develop<br />
and maintain healthy lifestyles. Services include<br />
flexible and adaptive onsite wellness center management, with an array of health promotion<br />
programs (such as nutrition, weight management, stress reduction, smoking cessation, and<br />
ergonomics), health risk assessments, health fairs, and more.<br />
The Merrimack Valley YMCA’s wide variety of corporate fitness and wellness programs<br />
are tailored to the needs of each individual company, business or organization. Through<br />
cutting-edge knowledge of health and fitness, professional staff members, and innovative<br />
programs, the YMCA remains an important resource in the community and provides a high<br />
level quality of programs that support the entire workforce and impact community health.<br />
