<strong>Recruitment</strong> Round 2 is the round where each organization will introduce you to their<br />
official philanthropy or philanthropies, which are the charity or organization that they<br />
support on a local and/or international level. They will each do a craft or small activity in<br />
their room to showcase their dedication to philanthropy, service, or the different volunteer<br />
activities they take part in each year. Suggested conversation topics include: your<br />
volunteer, community service or fundraising experience, the organizations and services<br />
you?re passionate about, and how you give back to your community.<br />
The Look: Business Casual<br />
During recruitment round two, girls are encouraged to dress a step up from the previous<br />
round. Suggestions for this round would be something like a button down and cropped<br />
pants, a summer dress, romper, or shorts and a dressy top. Like the clothing, we suggest<br />
footwear that?s a little fancier than party one, such as flats, sandals, wedges or booties.<br />
Remember, you?ll still be on your feet a lot this round so make sure your shoes are also<br />
comfortable. Here are some good examples of our sisters in business casual attire.
