SORORITIES!
We're so excited that you are interested in becoming a
sorority woman. Carleton University Sororities (CUS) is
the largest women?s organization on Carleton
University?s campus, and is home to hundreds of
diverse women. We are the umbrella organization
which oversees the three international sororities on
our campus: Phi Sigma Sigma, Alpha Omicron Pi, and
Delta Phi Epsilon. Although our women may belong
to different sororities, we work as a tight knit group to
advance sorority life together, just like our founders
did.
Throughout membership recruitment, you will meet
the women we call our sisters. You will learn more
about the history, sisterhood, philanthropy, and
values that we hold so dear to us. At the end of
recruitment, if you choose to accept an invitation for
membership, you will be part of not only a
Greek-letter organization, but also a community we
call Panhellenic.
This recruitment guide is for you to know what to
expect during recruitment, as well as giving you the
knowledge you need to take the plunge and be part of
something bigger than yourself. We hope to see you
in September!
