Come visit Teriyaki Madness, a fast-casual Asian restaurant concept featuring a Seattle Teriyaki menu located in the Arapahoe Marketplace Shopping Center at 8547 East Arapahoe Road, Suite F. Three aspiring young entrepreneurs founded the original Teriyaki Madness in 2003 in Las Vegas, Nevada, offering teriyaki like their favorites back home in Seattle, Washington where there’s teriyaki shops on every corner. In 2014, TMAD (as they like to be called) moved its corporate headquarters to Denver. With over 40 locations from the west to east coast, this fast-growing company is dedicated to “Spreading the Madness” so that everyone can experience the best teriyaki on earth! Local franchisees, Qing and Ken Hammel opened the Greenwood Village location in June 2016. Qing Hammel, a native of China, came to the United States to pursue her MBA. After a career of more than twenty years in financial investments, Qing chose Colorado as her home. Sharing that she arrived in the United States with nothing, Qing remembers the many people who gave her help and support during those early years. These memories fostered her strong desire to give back to her community. “This is not a highway to wealth,” Qing stated. “I want to help my employees to give them a better life. No matter how hard life is, you want a goal to work toward, to be successful.” As a working mother of three young boys, providing good, healthy, quality food for others is a priority. TMAD’s concept of “Fresh, Fulfilling, and Fits your Life” is very appealing to her. Teriyaki Madness has more menu options than you can shake a chopstick at. Their menu allows diners to customize their meals by choosing a protein, a base, and a side. Their deep teriyaki bowls are stacked with Japanese Yakisoba noodles or white or brown rice, stir-fried veggies, and your choice of cage-free, fire-grilled and wok-tossed chicken, beef or tofu. You may choose from more than nine flavorful and original, all natural signature sauces made from scratch. Most of their sauces are gluten free and all recipes have no MSG or additives. You may order a fan favorite or create a new one. “Your bowl is your brilliance.” A green salad or MAC salad are also available.
