3.2. Preparation of drug-loaded hydrogels<br />
• PEC/PAM and PEC/DEAMA hydrogels<br />
- drug conjugate w<strong>as</strong> prepared by<br />
desolving different weights of drug<br />
(Chlortetracycline HCL <strong>as</strong> model drugs)<br />
(0.2, 0.3, 0.35, 0.4 and 0.5 mg) each in<br />
distilled water to prepare (0.2, 0.3, 0.35,<br />
0.4 and 0.5 mg/ml) drug concentrations.<br />
