1. The Avengers
Films You Should See if You Want to Say You Don’t Live Under a Rock (In My Opinion)
Isaiah S.
● Incredible ensemble cast that has great chemistry with each other
● A well-made tracking shot during the final battle highlighting all of the main heroes
2. Logan
● Hugh Jackman gives us the Wolverine movie we wanted, giving us a fitting end to the character
● It doesn’t feel like a superhero movie
● Takes advantage of its R rating with beautiful gory, claw wielding goodness
3. The Breakfast Club
● The main characters’ stereotypes and problems are still seen today
● Simple Minds is great
● Very simple shots, the story is what makes this movie great
4. Guardians of the Galaxy
● The soundtrack is awesome
● This is one of my favorite superhero movies
● Chris Pratt embodies Star-Lord as Robert Downey Jr. was meant for Tony Stark
5. 10 Things I hate About You
Super cheesy teen romance movie that embraces the cheesiness and pokes fun at it at times
● The cast is great highlighted by Heath Ledger’s performance in the stadium, which actually featured
him singing
● It was filmed at Stadium High School in Seattle so that’s pretty frickin cool
