Thereafter recite this seven times for his recovery<br />

‘AS’ALUL-LHAL `A{•MA, RABBAL `ARSHIL `A{•MI,<br />

‘AY-YASHFIYAK.<br />

I ask All\h <strong>the</strong> Magnificent, Lord <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> Magnificent Throne, to cure you.<br />

Ras[lull\h r has stated that by reading this Du`\' seven times <strong>the</strong> sick<br />

person will be cured. However, if <strong>the</strong> time <strong>of</strong> his death has approached<br />

<strong>the</strong>n nothing can delay that.<br />

SUNAN OF TRAVELLING<br />

1. Travelling alone, although not sinful, should be avoided. However,<br />

in necessity <strong>the</strong>re is no harm.<br />

Fat# al-B\r|<br />

2. When placing a foot in <strong>the</strong> stirrup <strong>of</strong> an animal, or beginning to<br />

board a vehicle, say Bismillch. at-Tirmidh|<br />

3. After settling down on <strong>the</strong> conveyance say: ‘allchu<br />

‘akbar thrice and <strong>the</strong>n recite <strong>the</strong> following Du`\’<br />
