PIA to start direct flights to
Central Asian states
In addition to the commitment for
shared economic prosperity and to
enhance regional connectivity,
Advisor to PM on Aviation Sardar
Mahtab Ahmad Khan stated that
direct connectivity of PIA flights to
Central Asian States will be started
soon, which will not only open new
chapters of regional linkages and
will also enhance the economic and
PIA mulling to automate
agents’ related system
Pakistan International Airlines
(PIA) is planning to automate its
agents' related system in order to
facilitate them at optimum level.
This was stated by acting CEO
PIA, Nayyar Hayat during his
meeting with a group of leading
travel agents in Lahore. He said
that travel agents were playing an
important role in promoting PIA's
sales and the national flag carrier
considered them as its trade
partners.
The Chinese national airline ‘Air
China’ is contemplating to
commence daily flight to
Pakistan, said GM Air
China.

number of flights to Pakistan and

would be announced soon.

improved law and order situation in
the country was now providing
