Hi! I’m Sophie Taylor, and I’m a

Who is your hero?
(In business, life or both)
People usually think I’m a
little weird for saying this,
but right now it’s Arnold
Schwarzenegger. I’m
definitely not talking about
his personal life, but about his
success in entrepreneurship,
bodybuilding, and movies. I
recently read his
autobiography, and really
respect how HARD he
worked. He came up from
nothing, and I really love
how he had a really clear
vision from the start, and
never let go of that. Everyone
at home in Austria thought
he was crazy. It takes a lot
of guts to chase your dream
with such determination.
What’s the single best piece of business
advice that helped shape who you are now
and Why?
“There’s no such thing as failure, only feedback” – Ramit Sethi
(entrepreneur). This is a great reminder. As entrepreneurs,
our businesses are our ‘babies’ – and it’s so easy to become
emotionally attached to every single outcome, and get
discouraged when things don’t go the way we want.
This quote reminds me to take a step back and ask myself,
“Okay, things didn’t go as you’d hoped. What can you learn
from this?”
