Vikki: The big thing that made a difference
to me is who I surrounded myself with. I used
to have a lot of the wrong people in my life,
negative people, those who didn’t believe in
me. Then I started surrounding myself with
people that were determined to succeed in
life, who were more accomplished, more
positive and had the vision to help other
people be successful. I found that my whole
attitude towards life, myself and how I was
as a person totally changed. It was hard to
make this change to my circle of friends, but
it was the best decision I’ve ever made.
Rajeev: Surround yourself with winners,
with people who are bigger and better than
you so that you will have the opportunity to
grow and become a better version of yourself.
You want to be around people who will drag
you up to their level instead of pushing
you down. You need A players in your life
to ensure that you as a team and that your
partnerships lead to the best possible results.
Sergey: Nothing is a problem. A problem
only means that nobody has tried hard
enough to find a solution. Once you believe,
everything is possible.
Why?
Vikki: I made the change because my coach
advised me to do so.
Rajeev: Because as an entrepreneur it is
easy to think you can solve everything by
yourself, but having the right people there
with you can create something so much more
powerful. Also, look for someone who has
the opposite qualities and personality than
you. It might be easier to work with someone
