Welcome...
. . . to the very first edition of Love Louth. This magazine
is produced by the Louth Town Partnership with support
from local businesses.
The Partnership is a group of dedicated volunteers who
are passionate about promoting Louth and making it a
better place to live, work and visit.
We are celebrating this month as the readers of the
BBC Countryfile Magazine have crowned Louth Britain’s
Favourite Market Town 2012. Hopefully Love Louth will
give you an idea of what Louth has to offer, but the best
thing to do is to come and see for yourself!
With Christmas around the corner you don’t need to
look any further for that special gift than Louth town
centre, the town is full of independent retailers with
unique gift ideas for the whole family. You can get some
inspiration between pages 4 and 9.
Each month Love Louth will include an article from a
guest writer. Turn to page 9 to hear a secret from Louth
Museum and if you are stuck for things to do this quarter,
turn to page 14 for our events listings. If you would like to
have your event promoted on this page please upload it to
the Louth Town Partnership website www.louthlincs.org.
We hope you enjoy this edition and if you have any ideas
for the magazine, or would like to contribute please don’t
hesitate to get in touch!
Enjoy the months ahead and have a very merry
Christmas. We hope to see you at our Victorian Family
Fayre on October 21st and the Christmas Craft Market
on December 2nd!
