Water Fitness Lite<br />

Ages 14 & up<br />

Welcome beginner water exercisers and members<br />

that want something on the lighter side of water<br />

fitness intensity. This program is designed for<br />

the person just beginning an exercise routine<br />

or persons with mild physical ailments. This<br />

class improves flexibility and mobility, tones<br />

and strengthens muscles, increases stamina<br />

and energy, and minimizes impact on joints.<br />

Ages 14 & up<br />

This aqua exercise workout provides a low<br />

impact, high-energy challenge for participants<br />

of all ages, skill and fitness levels. Jump in and<br />

make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular<br />

workout that tone and tapers the entire body.<br />

AQUA ZUMBA 45<br />

Ages 14 & up<br />

Known as the “ZUMBA pool party,” AQUA ZUMBA<br />

blends it all together into a safe, challenging<br />

water based workout that’s cardio conditioning,<br />

toning and most of all, exhilarating beyond<br />

belief. Thanks to the resistance of the water,<br />

every salsa, merenge and reggaeton step<br />

takes a bit more effort. 45-minute class.<br />

High Energy Water Workout<br />

Ages 14 & up<br />

This class features interval training to improve<br />

cardiovascular fitness along with medicine<br />

balls and resistance exercise to develop<br />

muscle strength. This class offers cardio,<br />

improves flexibility, shapes and tones muscles,<br />

and increases stamina and strength.<br />

Deep Water Workout<br />

Ages 14 & up<br />

This medium intensity, no impact, aqua-aerobic<br />

class is conducted in deep water. This program<br />

uses a buoyant belt or a pool noodle that allows<br />

participants to vertical train and to fully utilize<br />

the water’s property of natural resistance.<br />

Adult Hip Hop<br />

Ages 18 & up<br />

Learn new moves, listen to great music, get<br />

exercise and have fun in this Academy. All<br />

levels welcome. Black yoga-like pants and hip<br />

hop or regular sneakers are required.<br />

FITNESS<br />

Group TRX Training<br />

Ages 12 & up<br />

Experience this fun and empowering form of<br />

exercise, which will spark your interest and<br />

revitalize your routine. This training allows<br />

users to self-adjust the amount of resistance<br />

they want, making it suitable for people of all<br />

fitness levels by making small changes in foot,<br />

hand or body position. Users can precisely<br />

control how challenging they want each exercise<br />

to be. The TRX will help to develop strength,<br />

balance, flexibility, and core stability<br />

simultaneously. Groups are limited to 8<br />

participants so there is plenty of individual<br />

GROUP EXERCISE<br />

Family-Friendly Classes - Children, ages 8<br />

through 11, are welcome in family-friendly<br />

classes as long as they are accompanied by<br />

a parent. Youth, ages 12 and 13, are<br />

welcome to attend any class with a parent.<br />

Teens, 14 and over, can participate in all<br />

group exercise classes unsupervised<br />

Cardio and Strength Training Classes<br />

Our cardio classes offer a variety of<br />

exercise options and intensities. Variations<br />

of cardio intensity are given during each<br />

class to help everyone feel successful and<br />

have the workout that meets individual<br />

needs. All classes are 55 minutes unless<br />

otherwise noted. For the latest group exercise<br />
