Body Combat 30 - Family Friendly<br />

Ages 8 & up<br />

A super express version of this martial<br />

arts-based fitness program. Exercises are<br />

drawn from karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu,<br />

kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi.<br />

Total Body Conditioning<br />

Ages 14 & up<br />

This class begins with a cardio warm-up and<br />

then works all the muscles using your own<br />

body weight and various pieces of equipment.<br />

Cardio intervals are added to keep the heart<br />

rate elevated. This conditioning class ends<br />

with core work and a final stretch.<br />
