To provide much-needed on-campus housing for underclassmen, Middle Georgia State University (MGA)<br />
contracted with WBA for programming and conceptual design services to create a student housing<br />
facility that meets their strategic and master plan goals. The 4-story, 310-bed building includes a mix<br />
of private and shared two-bed, one-bath units. The main goals of the design are to maximize views to<br />
the campus lake, provide student life spaces for studying, gathering, and collaboration, and create an<br />
exterior image that is in keeping with the surrounding buildings and campus palette.
