Q: What is a Design Consult?<br />
A: A design consult streamlines<br />
the flooring selection and buying<br />
process by allowing me to meet<br />
the customers in their own home.<br />
I assess their needs, preferences<br />
and lifestyle and return a few<br />
days later with samples that meet<br />
their criteria. The customers never<br />
have to leave their home or tackle<br />
the monumental task of sorting<br />
through samples in the store.<br />
Q: What flooring do you carry?<br />
A: Wood, laminate, vinyl, carpet,<br />
tile and stone flooring from the nation’s<br />
top manufacturers. Plus we<br />
have a large selection of area rugs.<br />
Q: What Services do you offer?<br />
A: We have a complete hardwood<br />
floor refinishing division with the<br />
“Dustless Containment” system<br />
that reduces the mess and cuts the<br />
refinishing time in half. We can<br />
even change the color of the wood<br />
flooring if desired.<br />
We have an in-house staff of installers<br />
who have worked with our<br />
company for more than eight years<br />
and pride themselves in perfection.<br />
I personally customize wood floors<br />
by mixing stains to create an individual<br />
look or match an old floor.<br />
We also specialize in water<br />
damage repairs and insurance<br />
claims.<br />

one room of flooring FREE with the<br />
purchase of four rooms or more.<br />
