Strawberry Vanilla<br />
Pancakes<br />
Ingredients (makes 8 pancakes)<br />
1 cup ea: all purpose flour, milk<br />
2 tbsp. ea: brown sugar, vegetable<br />
oil, vanilla extract, baking powder<br />
1 tsp. salt and 1 egg<br />
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped<br />
Directions<br />
1. Stir together dry ingredients. Pour in the<br />
milk, oil, egg and vanilla, and mix until well<br />
blended. Stir in strawberries.<br />
2. Heat skillet over medium heat, and coat<br />
with butter. Pour batter into desired size.<br />
Flip with a spatula when<br />
bubbles appear in<br />
the center.<br />
Cook until<br />
golden brown.<br />
