Position the Dispark amusement park as the best family<br />

entertainment site for people with any type of special condition.<br />

1. To implement space machinery at the moment of the elaboration<br />

of the attractions generating satisfaction mainly to our visitors.<br />

2. Provide specialized attention to our users.<br />

3. Provide a striking advertisement with the aim of gaining<br />

recognition at the national level.

ACTION PLANS<br />

To improve the motivational factor of our employees is necessary to<br />

identify the needs of these and likewise to give solution to<br />

everything that is necessary to improve the stay of the employees in<br />

our organization. In the pyramid of maslow we have 5 levels which<br />

completely fulfilled lead us to self-realization as people, from below<br />

asia above we find:<br />

‣ Physiological: we will guarantee our users and operators a<br />

smoke-free environment, we will also provide our operators with<br />

space for their lunch time and two small rest breaks; one in the<br />

morning and one in the afternoon so that they remain active<br />

during the working day.<br />

‣ Security: our employees will be affiliated with their respective<br />

EPS and ARL in order to work in complete safety as well as<br />

provide the personal protection elements that are necessary<br />

when operating our attractions.<br />

‣ Affiliation: We offer an environment fully prepared for the<br />

recreation of each family of our users and likewise our employees<br />

will have recreational events that improve their interpersonal<br />

relationships.<br />

‣ Recognition: we are governed by a series of values that are<br />

reflected in the organization at every moment. That is why our<br />

workers will work in a perfect environment, giving them the<br />

confidence to perform their duties correctly.<br />

‣ Self-realization: we are in an amusement park where creativity is<br />

key to the development of the organization, both our visitors and<br />

our employees are an important part of this process. Our visitors<br />

have a perfect place to let the imagination run and develop a free<br />

personality. Our workers have a place where they will test their<br />

imagination and creativity, delimiting them to a routine of<br />

operation.


COMPANY BACKGROUND<br />

In 2015 two persons called Bryan Camilo Herrera and Andrés Felipe<br />

Gutiérrez, they analyzed a problematics that existed in all the parks<br />

of amusements, the problematics was the following one; All the<br />

persons who were suffering from some disability it could not enter<br />

to the parks of amusements, Since there did not exist the attractions<br />

adapted for the persons who were suffering from any disease as;<br />

Dizziness, paraplegic, mental delays, and the personnel did not also<br />

exist qualified to fight with these persons.<br />

Due to this problematics the gentlemen Bryan And Andrew created a<br />

park of amusements in 2016 for disabled persons called disk park,<br />

The park was possessing income adapted for all kinds of disabled<br />

persons, there were created several attractions in order which all<br />

these persons could enter, Every disabled person must enter with<br />

the company of a major relative of age who does not suffer from any<br />

disease, To enter the disabled persons have to inform that disease<br />

has and there the dara the revenue to the park with the permission<br />

of entering to the attractions that they do not affect against the<br />

health, all the workers of the park are qualified to fight with this<br />

type of persons.
