St. Cuthbert's 12th Annual
International Festival
Saturday, November 4 th
St. Cuthbert will celebrate its 12 th Annual International Festival to be held
on Saturday, November 4 th , from 2:30-5:30 PM at the Conference Center
at Lone Star College’s Cy-Fair campus. The International Festival honors
all the different countries and heritages represented in our very unique
and diverse congregation. The festival includes food, live entertainment,
native dress and activities for children and youth. It is the perfect place
to learn more about the world around us. Admission is free. Come
experience the international world of St. Cuthbert and never leave your

Bridgeland Community
Fun Run for Heroes
Saturday, October 28 th
The Bridgeland Community Fun Run for Heroes will be held Saturday,
October 28 th at Bridgeland’s Festival Park. The race begins at 7 AM and
includes a 5k route through the scenic Bridgeland community. There
will also be a 1k children’s walk beginning at 7:30 AM, along with booth
vendors and entertainment. The children’s walk is open to strollers and
children are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite super hero.
Prizes will be awarded for the best children’s costumes. Each participant
may have sponsors who pledge a contribution for every mile they run on
behalf of our service men and women. Special prizes will be awarded to
those who meet predetermined fund levels. There will also be 1 st , 2 nd and
3 rd place trophies awarded to the top three finishers of the timed race.

com. All proceeds will benefit the Bridgeland Supports Veterans Inc.
projects including a $1.5 million-dollar Veteran’s Memorial in the heart
of the Cypress, TX community. The organization also supports immediate
needs for local veterans in the community and services other needs such
as Christmas Toys for Veteran’s Children and the annual events celebrating
our brave men and women on Memorial Day and Veteran’s Day.
