Harris County Precinct Three Commissioner Steve Radack has opened
the much anticipated Richard & Meg Weekley Community Center.
Located at 8440 Greenhouse Road, the center is now open to the general
public for a variety of programs and activities. The approximately 21,000
square foot building will serve the community as a center for all ages.
Classes and programs can be viewed at www.pct3.hctx.net. Whether
you are looking for a place to exercise, attend a community event, learn
new crafts, play games or just to meet new friends, Weekley Community
Center is sure to be a place for all!
Bluegrass Rising Concert will be held Friday, October 13 th at 6 PM. Come
hear three bands over the course of the evening. There is something for
everyone. Bring your own refreshments or get some at the show.
Come listen to a healthcare professional speak about Care Options for
the Elderly and Disabled on Tuesday, October 10 th at 10 AM. Please call
to register.
A 25 plus year practicing attorney will give a presentation covering
Estate Planning. He will cover general estate planning as well as avoiding
probate. Please call to register.
Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations could not get easier than these
Ribbon Trees. Come learn how to make these simple unique ribbon trees
for your home or for gifting. Thursday, October 19 th at 10:30 AM. Please
call to register and get a supply list.

• Zumba Gold: Mondays & Wednesdays 4-5 PM
• Bootcamp: Mondays 9:45 to 10:30 AM
• Yoga: Every Friday 9-10 AM and Wednesday 6:30-7:30 PM
• Stretch and Tone class: Wednesdays, 9:45-10:30 AM
• Knitting and Crocheting:: Monday 10 AM-12 Noon
(Note: This will be a social group not an instructional class. Just bring
your current project to work on and maybe get some pointers from your
new friends.)
• Dominoes: Tuesdays 8:30 AM-12 PM
Please note that all classes are free to the public unless supplies are
needed for a particular class.

the Juergen’s Hall Community Center, 26026 Hempstead Road. Those
activities can be viewed by visiting the Precinct Three website at www.

that starts on the home page.

• Yoga: Tuesdays & Thursdays 9 AM-10 AM
• Party Bridge: Tuesdays, 12:30 PM-3:30 PM
• Senior’s Game Day: Wednesdays, 1 PM-3:30 PM
• Walk Aerobics: Fridays, 10:30 AM-11:30 AM
• Pilates: Fridays, 9:30 AM-10:15 AM
Classes are free to the public unless supplies are needed for a particular
