Functional Movement Screen<br />
Sunday<br />
Y Member Rate: $45<br />
Y non-member rate: $90<br />
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) tests seven different<br />
movement patterns, scoring them on a scale from 0 to 3. Based<br />
upon your score, you will be provided with exercises/stretches to<br />
improve your areas of weakness or imbalance. Work one-on-one<br />
with Helen Gentile to complete your screen. The screen takes<br />
approximately 30 minutes to complete.<br />
