«Eurasian education» is an International journal aimed to publish theoretical and empirical research data from various Kazakhstan schools and fields of science as well as from countries of near and far abroad. One of the most important tasks of the journal is to promote the professionalization of education and research works in the field of social sciences and humanities and natural sciences, as well as dissemination of best practices of pedagogue. The journal is targeted on wide range of readers: employee of the education system, university students, and all those who interested in humanities.

We can say one of the most important peculiarities of the<br />
President N.A. Nazarbaev is that he knows how to collect<br />
all experience of the world association, i.e. from East and<br />
West due to his scaled power of thought. One of the most<br />
important sides of the Assembly which the world scaled<br />
organizations reckon with is an international service, i.e.<br />
with the purpose to strengthen friendship and mutual understanding<br />
between different States when the President<br />
N.A. Nazarbaev goes to any country on business trip includes<br />
a Head of that nation's national and cultural center<br />
in the delegation staff. For example, if he goes to Greek, he<br />
includes a Greek into the delegation, if to Ukraine - a Ukrainian,<br />
if to Germany - a German and so on. There is a base<br />
of friendship strengthening in this policy through establishing<br />
friendly relationswith that State. Also, it is a help rendered<br />
not only for the people, living in Kazakhstan but it is<br />
also amethod of training of State figures and diplomats from<br />
small nations' representatives [9, p. 189]. Therefore ability<br />
to know how to clarify predominant sides of development<br />
of success and achievements of independent Kazakhstan<br />
20 years of the APK<br />
history up to now and ability to know how to predict their<br />
consequences are directly connect with the President's political<br />
duty.<br />
Kazakhstan is a heart of Asia and a cross place of the<br />
world civilization and <strong>Eurasian</strong> universe. Only the President,<br />
who developed universal power of thought, can lead<br />
his people go with the direction which provides independence<br />
of country, national safety and inter-ethnical harmony.<br />
Ability to see our country in the future of the world history<br />
means to realize a State policy from the point of view of<br />
provision of national interests, solidarity of nations, interethnical<br />
and inter-confessional stability. In connection with<br />
this initiative of N.A. Nazarbaev about foundation of the<br />
Assembly of Kazakhstan People could get its appraisal in<br />
the world level. Chief Secretary of UNO Kofi Annan called<br />
"the Assembly of Kazakhstan People as a small UNO". So<br />
through this he highly evaluated the President's work about<br />
strengthening of the State's stability, peace and friendship<br />
between confessions and Kazakhstan people and also connection<br />
between the world association. This value, taken in<br />
the world level is a result of the President's experienced<br />
policy.<br />
