TOWN OF ROWLEY PLANNING BOARD<br />
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING<br />
In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, the<br />
Rowley Protective Zoning Bylaw, and the Rowley Planning Board<br />
Rules and Regulations, the Rowley Planning Board will conduct a<br />
Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 8th, 20<strong>17</strong> at 7:45 p.m. in<br />
Meeting Room #5 in the downstairs of the Town Hall Annex building<br />
located at 39 Central Street, Rowley, MA, pertaining to modification<br />
to previously approved Special Permit/Site Plan Review applications<br />
for the construction of a small office building with associated parking<br />
areas. The applicant/ property owner, Ed Surette, Trustee, Prime Realty<br />
Trust, is requesting a modification that would expand the proposed<br />
building from that which was originally approved.<br />
The request is filed pursuant to Section 4.7 (Use Regulations – Business/Light<br />
Industrial Zoning District), Section 7.6 (Site Plan Review),<br />
and Section 7.8 (Special Permits) on the properties located at 305 Newburyport<br />
Turnpike, also designated, respectfully, as Assessor Map <strong>17</strong>,<br />
Lot 20-47. The subject parcel is located in the Business Light Industrial<br />
(BLI) Zoning District.<br />
The application, plans, and relevant documents are on file with the<br />
Rowley Planning Board, and are available for public inspection at the<br />
Rowley Planning Board Office, Town Hall Annex, 39 Central Street,<br />

ROWLEY - 6th Annual Holiday Basket Raffle: The baskets are back by popular demand! The Friends of the Rowley<br />
Public Library Annual Basket Raffle grows every year. Last year’s raffle reached new highs for number of baskets, value<br />
of the prizes, and importantly, money raised to support the Rowley Public Library. As we begin to plan for this year,<br />
we need your help. Please consider donating a themed basket with a regular retail value of at least $50. You can donate<br />
with your family, a club or business. They might contain the tools to start a new hobby or keep a resolution. If you are<br />
unable to donate a complete basket, consider donating a gift card for our popular gift card tree. NOTE: Because the<br />
baskets will be on display in the Library for four weeks, we cannot accept donations of tobacco, alcohol or perishable<br />
items. All baskets will be on display (along with your organization’s name) at the Rowley Public Library from November<br />
18 to December <strong>16</strong>. Donations are due November 14. Raffle tickets will be sold at the Library starting November 18.<br />
