It took BAUER Solarenergie GmbH only a couple of years to
develop into a company poised for the future on the international
market of photovoltaics. The success of the company, which
exists for over 25 years, lies in its consequent ambition to be one

From the selection of raw materials through manufacturing
right down to delivery, BAUER Solarenergie GmbH greatly
values quality and efficiency. BAUER solar modules are
put through extensive tests and quality checks during

the manufacturing process. Modules ready for shipping
are random sample tested for their performance in
BAUER‘s own Logistics Center to guarantee longevity and
a constantly high level of efficiency over the module’s
service life. The fact that sales and quality assurance is
organized centrally means that BAUER can integrate
customized requests within a short-period of time to fit
the market’s current needs.

production control within the manufacturing operation

Production capacity in Europe
The product portfolio of BAUER Solarenergie GmbH also consists
of european-made BAUER Premium Modules with capacities up
to 240 Watt/peak, which are solely delivered with positive power
output tolerance from -0 to +3 percent.
The BAUER Solar Production module plant, domiciled in Poland -
right in the midst of the heart of Europe -, employs about 60 people
and produces solar modules with a total capacity of over 50MW
per year on a three-shift basis; a forthcoming doubling of the
production capacity has already been announced. Cost efficiency
and high-quality production of the mono- and polycrystalline
BAUER Premium Modules is guaranteed by an optimal level of
automation and high expertise of the work force.
