EWM OPENS ITS FIRST
POLISH BRANCH IN SZCZECIN
EWM AG continues to grow and is strengthening its commitment
to the Eastern European market.
Germany’s largest supplier of welding
technology is opening its first Polish branch
offering a complete range of high-quality
“Made in Germany” arc welding technology.
Customers and sales partners will reap the
benefit of direct contact with the
manufacturer, shorter delivery times and
first-class all-round support.
“We expanded our sales and service
network in July this year and also set up our
eighth German branch located in
Bergkirchen near Munich. We are pursuing
the expansion policy we have adopted by
moving into the Eastern European market in
order to meet the strong demand there for
high-quality welding technology,” says Toralf
Pekrul, head of the EWM branch in
Rathenow, who is now contributing his
know-how and experience to help establish
the new branch in Szczecin. In future, EWM
will be selling welding machines and welding
technical accessories for manual and
automated applications directly to both small
craft enterprises and major Polish industrial
companies. The company also offers end
customers and sales partners applicationoriented
all-round support thanks to its
closeness to customers. Besides practical
training and a maintenance and repair
service, this includes “ewm maXsolution”
innovation and technology consulting.
This enables customers to cut expenditure
on energy and reduce the consumption of
materials and emissions, while improving
the quality of welding results.
