Retirement<br />

Contributions are made as follows:<br />

For full-time salaried pastoral staff a percentage of our Extension Tithe and Missions giving is given back<br />

to the local church as the corporation’s contribution to our 403b Retirement Plan.<br />

The second part of the plan would include those in section one above along with non-pastoral staff<br />

persons who work a minimum of 30 hours a week and have completed 6 months of service. The<br />

percentage Living Waters will contribute under this second section of the retirement plan each month<br />

to qualified persons is:<br />

6 months through year 4: 4%<br />

Year 5 through year 9: 5%<br />

Year 10 to retirement: 6%<br />
