SolutionX combines the North Jutland business community
and Aalborg University.
SolutionX is a self-governed institution that operates on
business terms. We have a professional governing body, are
headed by a strategic managing director, and measure our
success on commercial terms.
SolutionX operates as a non-profit organisation, solely
participating in development projects that serve to create
new knowledge and innovation that benefits both industry
and research. We do not repeat ourselves, or partner up
with just anyone. Instead, we are committed to generating
real and carefully planned results through close and

strength and business orientation are combined with the
newest knowledge from researchers and experts from

The SolutionX process typically consists of activities
conducted in workshops and camps that take place over a
period of 12 to 24 hours, combined with work groups that
conceptualise, develop prototypes, and verify solutions.
