Vacation Benefits<br />

Living Waters offers employees yearly vacation days accrued. These yearly vacation days are to be used<br />

within the calendar year so we have a "use it or lose it" policy. We do not "pay out" vacation hours. Vacation<br />

is used to keep us fresh and whole. A week of vacation is understood to include one Sunday. A workweek<br />

begins on Sunday and ends on Thursday. Vacation requests will be administered by your Human Resource<br />

Representative. All employees are subject to a 6 month probationary period before vacation benefits are<br />

accrued.<br />

Note: Flex-time employees are exempt from the vacation request process. Their only responsibility in this<br />

area is to communicate their schedule in a timely manner. Part-time employees are eligible if they work<br />

at least 15 hours per week. Pastoral Team who have worked within Foursquare prior to coming to Living<br />

Waters will transfer their time in service within Foursquare towards their vacation benefits.<br />

Full-time salary vacation chart<br />

(10) ten days and after one (1) year<br />

(2) two weeks after two (2) years<br />

(3) three weeks after five (5) years<br />

(4) four weeks after fifteen (15) years<br />

Part-time salary vacation chart<br />

(4) Four days after one (1) year<br />

(6) Six days after two (2) years<br />

(8) Eight days after three (3) years<br />

(10) Ten days after four (4) years<br />
