I’m healthier and<br />

happier since January<br />

1st and I just wish<br />

I had this insight<br />

before. It’s so simple<br />

to turn it all around by<br />

simply putting one<br />

foot in front of the<br />

other. Having the<br />

encouragement<br />

and support from<br />

everyone on #walk<strong>1000</strong>miles has been such a positive thing<br />

for me as they too understand my passion.<br />

The #walk<strong>1000</strong>miles challenge<br />

brought daily activity into<br />

my life and I’ve been out and<br />

about every single weekend<br />

of this year. I feel so much<br />

fitter, I’m happier and I’ve<br />

learned to cope with the<br />

mental stress of my job. And<br />

not to forget the wonderful<br />

people I met in this group:<br />

friendly, encouraging and<br />

supportive. I wouldn’t<br />

want to have missed this<br />
