Finding Grace Under Pressure
Esplanade
You know her, she’s effortlessly cool and always in charge. We’re surrounded by examples of successful women
who make taking on the world look so easy. But being that confident isn’t always easy, and the reality is many
women let a fear of failure determine their success. In 2014, Forbes identified the correlation between women’s
personal worth and professional failures, noting a fear of professional missteps can cost when it comes
to career, personal reputation and overall success. Breaking through these barriers requires trusting your
instincts, being comfortable in your own skin and embracing change. Hear from women who have navigated
life’s personal and professional obstacles in their journey to success and find out how to empower yourself and
those around you.
