1 ST ANNUAL REIGN OVER
CANCER WALK
FEBRUARY 25, 2018
Due to the massive flooding the Katy
community experienced as a result of
Hurricane Harvey and the continued
efforts to recover from the devastation it
caused, the Reign Over Cancer (“ROC”)
Walk has been postponed until Sunday,
February 25, 2018. The walk will be held at
Cane Island and will begin at 2 PM. Plan to stick around after the walk
to enjoy complimentary food and beverages, music and family-friendly
activities.
The ROC Walk will recognize people in the community currently
undergoing cancer treatment, highlight survivors and raise money
to fund GEST Foundation grants. Register as an individual or a team
online at www.GESTfoundation.org. Proceeds from the ROC Walk will
provide grants for services including grocery delivery, home cleaning,
home wound care, transportation or even counseling to help with the
internal wounds that come with facing the news “you have cancer.”
The walk will be fun for ALL ages, so grab your family and friends and
